These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mutual fund distribution services and establish the rights, obligations, and disclaimers applicable to our relationship.

2. Services Offered and Technology Platform

Services

• Distribution of mutual fund schemes from SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
• Assistance with mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, and switches
• Basic information and documentation support related to mutual fund investments

Technology Platform

• We utilize AssetPlus, a SEBI-registered fintech platform, for transaction processing and back-office operations
• All digital transactions and account management are facilitated through the AssetPlus platform
• The platform adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains appropriate security measures
• While we ensure careful selection of technology partners, we are not liable for technical issues or downtime of the platform

6. Fees and Compensation

• We do not charge any direct fees to clients
• We receive commission from AMCs as per SEBI guidelines
• Commission details are available in scheme documents
• All fees and charges are as per regulatory guidelines

7. Privacy Policy and Data Processing

• We protect your personal and financial information
• Information is used only for providing our services
• We do not share your information with unauthorized parties
• We maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Your data may be processed through our technology partner AssetPlus
• AssetPlus maintains its own privacy policy and security measures
• We ensure our technology partners comply with all applicable regulatory requirements
• You agree to the processing of your data through our authorized technology partners

8. Disclaimer

• We do not provide investment advice
• Investment decisions are solely the responsibility of the investor
• We do not guarantee any returns on investments
• Market risks apply to all investments
• Read scheme documents carefully before investing

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
